What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 lunch bags, with bulk tiers as quantities grow. Class sets and mixed-size runs carry the same minimum.
How fast will my lunch bags arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and bags ship in about 2 weeks. Bags sized to a container you have measured are made to order rather than pulled from stock, so you get a real date before you commit.
Are your lunch bags insulated?
No, and we will not imply otherwise. These are carrying bags built to be cleaned, sized and closed properly. If you need food to stay below a stated temperature for a stated number of hours, that is an insulated cooler and a different product — and it is the honest answer where food safety depends on temperature.
Why does my lunch bag smell?
Almost always the seam. A stitched-in fabric liner is perforated by the stitch line, and behind it sits absorbent seam allowance that no cloth or brush can reach. Moisture stays there permanently. A welded liner has no stitch line and no hidden allowance, so there is nowhere for it to live.
Can lunch bags be washed?
Some builds are washable and some are wipe-clean only, and we state which on the quote instead of leaving you to discover it. It depends on the shell, the liner and any base stiffener, so it is decided at build stage rather than being a property you can assume from the look of a bag.
What size lunch bag do I need?
Measure the box, not the bag. We quote internal base length and width against a container you name, because a rectangular meal-prep box will not lie flat in a base a couple of centimetres too narrow however many litres the bag is sold as holding.
Which closure lasts longest?
An auto-lock zip in a specified gauge with a pull big enough to find without looking, or a side-release buckle on bar-tacked webbing. The closure is cycled about five hundred times a year, which is far more work than anything else on the bag does.
Do you make coolers or food containers?
No. We make the bag, not the box and not the cooler. If you need hours of temperature performance or the containers themselves, we would rather point you to the right supplier than sell you something we do not make well.
