Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Lunch bags are supplied as carrying products and are not insulated; no representation is made as to the temperature of contents, no thermal retention period is quoted or implied, and where the safety of perishable food depends upon maintaining a temperature an insulated product is the appropriate specification and is not supplied here. Liner construction is stated on the quotation as welded or bound, and the distinction is material: welded liners are supplied without a stitched seam and therefore without internal absorbent seam allowance, whereas stitched constructions are not supplied for this reason. Cleaning capability is stated per build as wipe-clean or washable and depends upon the shell, the liner and any base stiffener specified; no build is represented as machine washable unless stated in writing on the quotation. Sizing is quoted as internal base length and width measured against a container specification named by the customer and recorded against the customer account, capacity in volume being given as a secondary figure only, and no representation is made that a bag sized to one container specification will accept another. Closure components are specified by zip gauge, slider type and pull dimension, or by buckle type and webbing attachment, and are stated on the quotation as wear components subject to a service life determined by frequency of use. Foldaway constructions are supplied with a stated fold pattern and a shell rated for repeated flexing; folding outside the stated pattern may crack a coated shell and is outside the specification. Food containers, insulated coolers and refrigeration products are not manufactured.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
